Admission & How To Apply

How To Apply: A recent **stamp size photograph (3.5cm x 2.5cm)** signed by the applicant and attested by a **Gazetted Officer**. **Matriculation/10+2** duly attested for **PG Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Certificate programs**.

Procedure for Admission:
  • Filled in application along with attested **Xerox copies of certificates** for minimum required eligibility qualification and age.
  • **Certificates in original** for minimum required eligibility qualification and **transfer/migration certificate**. Three stamp size photographs for application.
  • A **Demand Draft** drawn infavor of **"The Director, OIFESM (BBSR)"** payable at **Bhubaneswar Service Branch** towards the prescribed tuition fee.
Admission through Post
  • Certificates for minimum required qualification.
  • **Transfer / Migration certificate** and **two stamp size photographs**.
  • **Demand Draft** drawn in favor of above mentioned address for the prescribed fee.
Document Required

Note: Original documents are essential for verification process.

  • **College Leaving Certificate (CLC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC)** and **Conduct Certificate** in **original** from the Institution last attended.
  • **Xerox copies** of all Certificates and Marksheets.
  • **Caste Certificate** for SC/ST candidates in **original**.
  • **Migration Certificate** if applicable.
  • **3-Passport size Photographs** and **2 Stamp size Photographs**.
  • **Original Certificates and Marksheets** of all examinations are essential for verification.
  • **Original Rank Card**.
